Consultation on Admission Arrangements for September 2026 onwards
In accordance with the statutory requirements, St Peter’s CofE Infant School, Tandridge is consulting on the Admissions arrangements for September 2026 onwards.
Consultation will take place for six weeks between 17 October and 28 November 2024.
The proposed changes are highlighted and can be summarised as follows:
Admission Policy Changes
Improvement to clarity of information for parents by restructuring, adding headings and expanding the information available in a number of places
- Following mailings from and consultation with SCC and SDBE. E.G.
- Definition of parent added (as per SCC),
- Clarity around siblings, including those who have moved onto either Junior or Primary school and cohabiting parents (as per SCC)
- Emphasis on correct completion and submission of SIF
- Change to definition of the churches that will be considered if they are of a denomination other than those in the Oxted Team Ministry
Supplementary Information Form Changes
- To maintain consistency with and to reflect the changes made in the policy, including emphasis on correct completion and submission of SIF
- Removal of question regarding inability to attend church due to church closure (from Covid era)
